By purchasing, reserving or using any of our services you agree to these terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to add or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Booking:
Booking an event with us will only be officially booked once minimum deposit is received. A full payment is required to be made by the date of the event.
All quotes are subject to change until a deposit is made.
Until deposit is made, the inquired date remains available to other clients (processed as first come-first served).
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings in order to reserve your balloons and event date.
Cancellation:
The client maintains the right to cancel at any time; However, we place the order for the balloons and material needed for your balloon decorations the day you place your order. Our vendors have no-return policy therefore we cannot return our orders. So in return, we are not able to refund deposits or payments under any circumstances. We will apply credit of all money paid towards another event or a rescheduled date within 12 months of the original date. No refunds.
If any changes to be made on the date of your event, we ask to be notified by EMAIL at: maballoune@gmail.com
Changes:
Adding or deleting decor pieces cannot be made on orders after these terms and conditions have been accepted (upon sending deposit). Color changes will result to additional charges.
Installations:
We require at least 2 hours of available setup time.
We require at least 4 hours of available setup time for any 600$ and up, before the event time.
Material-Equipment:
The client is responsible for any loss, stolen or damaged material or equipment. Upon agreement, client is to be billed for the repair or replacement cost of the item.
Weather Conditions and quality:
All balloons are premium quality. That being said, due to the nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee that your balloons will remain intact when used outdoors or in temperature below 20 degrees Celsius or over 23 degrees Celsius. Some can deflate or pop sooner than expected. Also weather can affect the quality like wind, rain, rough handling , extreme heat or snow.
We strongly recommend that all helium balloons remain for indoor use only.
Also note that balloons in the sun oxidize which can result into a change of color or texture.
